SPORTS In the Solsonès a wide range of sports can be practiced, from the traditional ones to outdoor sports that allow you to discover unspoiled sites. There are the GR7, GR3 or the GR1 footpaths as well as the Camí dels Bons Homes (Cathar route). For mountain bikers there is a BTT centre and information of different graded routes at the tourist office in Sant Llorenç de Morunys. The whole family, from the youngest to the experts can ski at the Port del Comte ski resort; they can also go snow shoeing or horse riding. By Ribera Salada River, golf can be practiced and the reservoirs offer possibilities for water sports and fishing. Hang gliding is also possible as well as caving or rock climbing.
